Since the October edition of N4 Normandy was published David Tomlinson of Tomlins Vegetarian B and B and Cookery School has sent me some recipes that would be ideal for a dinner party or even Christmas Dinner, particularly since most of it can be prepared in advance.  I’ve tried the Braised Chicory with Orange, it’s delicious.  David recommends serving it with Pommes Dauphinoises.   Enjoy!
